Parcel Selections
Our parcel selections cover nearly 500 hectares of vineyards, from the Cevennes Mountains on the West to the Rhone Valley on the East. Fruit of a careful craft, each plot is selected for the quality of its terroir, its sun exposure, the age of the vines, and watched year-round with a serious pruning, limited yields, a soil work to express the quintessence of their Ardèche land.
Careful and meticulous winemaking, adapted to each terroir and each varietal, preserves the natural richness of our wines in red, rosé and white.
The ageing brings its final touch to these wines made for laying down. In oak barrels the structure becomes more complex and the alliance of wine and wood tannins ensures a better ageing potential.
