Terroir
The key word is Terroir! Everything is done so that it can express itself without artifice and deliver all its secrets.
Everything begins with the selection of grape varieties: Syrah, Pinot Noir and Grenache Noir for the reds, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay for the whites, grown on adapted soils, to obtain the best aromatic expression, inspired by the greatest French vineyards.
After a careful and precise vinification to make wines reflecting all facets of the terroirs of southern Ardèche, comes the time of ageing on fine lees for whites and rosés: the aromas develop while maintaining a great freshness and offer excellent ageing potentiel. The reds are the subject of a particular care to highlight a beautiful structure with soft tannins.
Syrah - Basalte du Coiron
IGP Ardèche.
A Syrah born on the volcanic soils of the Massif du Coiron.
Pinot Noir - Buis d'Aps
IGP Ardèche.
A Pinot Noir grown near the place called "Buis d'Aps", in Alba La Romaine.
Chardonnay - Gravettes
IGP Ardèche.
A mixture of pebbles, sand and clay, the "gravettes" terroir offers an exceptional land for Chardonnay.
Sarrasine - Sauvignon
IGP Ardèche.
A Sauvignon grown on the clay-limestone and marl terroirs of southern Ardèche.
Viognier - Grès du Trias
IGP Ardèche.
Viognier draws its elegance and aromatic power from the Cévennes sandstones.
